INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We’ve extended our returns for the festive period to help you shop with confidence. You may return unsuitable items purchased between 15.11.2024 and 31.12.2024 within 45 days of receipt of your items.

We understand that sometimes you need to return an item. All the information you need to return your item(s) is below.

  • You may return any unsuitable items within 28 days
  • Please return your items in the original packaging, unworn with all tags attached.
  • Your return may be rejected if item(s) fail to be in resalable condition.
  • We are currently unable to offer a free returns service to our international customers. Returns must be made at your own cost.
  • A refund for the amount of the item(s) will be credited via your original method of payment. 
  • Any refunds where full payment was made via a Gift Card will be refunded to the original Gift Card used for the purchase. Any refunds made to purchases which include a partial payment via a Gift Card will be refunded via the Gift Card any remaining balance will be refunded to the alternative payment method used.
  • You will receive an email confirmation of your return, only after the parcel has been received and processed.
  • Return and refund process will be completed in 3-5 working days from when your parcel has been received. We'll send you an email confirmation to notify you of your refund.
  • Please note, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

How to Return your Items

Please securely re-package your unwanted item(s) in the bag we delivered them in. Remember to include your completed returns form inside your parcel. 

You’ll need to pay postage fees for your return, we strongly recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, and we cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Izabel London do not provide exchanges for any purchases including faulty and wrong items. In such cases, please return your unwanted items and state the reason for your return so they can be refunded.

Please retain your post office receipt until your refund has been issued. This is your proof of return postage.

You will receive an email notification for your refund, only after the parcel has been received and processed.
